THE SYSTEM IS CRAZY-by same points normallöy the goal bilance is counting- but not by thE EURO-
here count by same points the played match against each other.!!!!
than the directly bliance when 3 teams have same points !!
thats sooo stupid , but yes UKRAINE isn´t out yet

If Ukraine beat England they are through on points gained, nothing to do with goal differences and results between teams and such.

Although I think it's fine results between teams count first, and only then overall goal difference.
