Man, you're joining the bandwagon a little late. I was listening to Mumford in the summer of 2010.

They are great though. If you like them, you should check out the Avett Brothers. Not exactly the same, but some of their stuff is similar.

The Avetts most recent album is I and Love and You, but I think their best two albums are Emotionalism and Mignonette.

Go To Sleep, Shame, and Paranoia in B Major are some of my favorite songs by them....all off Emotionalism.

Only 30mins-hour but murder in the city is ok. but honestly Mumford and sons own these boys, just like i own you in our practice matches. ;p

Go see them live if you ever get the chance, saw them Support Arcade Fire last summer, the new songs sounded amazing even though I'd never heard them before. The next album will be awesome I reckon.
