ITST opens Premium Membership features!

Postby SlicerITST » Mon, 25 Aug 2008 19:46

The ITST management has decided to give all members access to the Premium Membership features. We believe that most members investing in a Premium Membership would do so despite the features of the membership. Therefor we have decided to revert back to the old donations system and give members who are not in the position to purchase the Premium Membership the benefits of these features as well.

The features that will come available are:
ITST scoreboard
View statistics about all ITST players including yourself (Head-to-Head, Player activity, point breakdown and career titles/finals screens)
Free use of avatars (you will be able to upload it on your personal page)

I would like to thank all the people that have purchased a Premium Membership over the years and have thus helped ITST to progress to where it is now. All previous and current Premium Members will become gold benefactors instantly.

Because ITST is a non-profit organisation we still rely on donations from it's members. Therefor we will put the old donation system back in use. From now on you will be able to become bronze, silver or gold benefactor depending on the amount of your donation. If you become a benefactor you will get mentioned on the homepage and you will be awarded a bronze, silver or gold medal on the forum. If you would like to know more about donating to ITST visit: http://www.intertopspintour.net/index.p ... ts3&gc=TS3

I thank you so much for taking into consideration what I said on the previous threads. It really means a lot, and I am really touched to the fact that you have unlocked this for all members.

As stated before, I think that it will encourage the members to stay and see there opponent's career opponents. It will make the tours more interesting!! :P

For following my suggestion, I am wondering if I can get another gold star next to my name. I AM GOING FOR GOLD AGAIN FOR ITST!!

After doing what you did to the forum, and unlocking the premium memberships features for all tour and its members, I must donate again, as stated before. YOU ALL DESERVE IT.

Great job managers, senior hosts, and hosts of ITST!! 8)

Because the old gold, silver and bronze medal avatars would overwrite your avatars we will be designing signatures instead for donating members to use instead. Otherwise becoming benefactor would give you less options and thats not the intention ofcourse.

Okay. Let me know when you create the signatures, and I will surely send the gold benefactor money for the second time right away.

Not that it is really important and all, but will a member who sends money for the second or third time receive a special signature?

Again, I am impressed with the decision and the forum change. Keep it up ITST.

Just a little additions to Slicer's post:

If you click on the 'points' or 'tournaments played' column on the rankings it will take you to the stats pages as well with detailed points breakdown and player activity.

Avatars certainly add a wealth of personality to a forum, so yeah, good to see. :)
