VMoe86 to join the Management team

Just a quick note:

We are pleased to announce that VMoe86 will be joining the management team starting today. His responsibilities will remain largely the same, but he will now be involved in steering that ITST ship as well. Once again, no introduction needed here, the man has been a champion of ITST for some time now, on the circuit and most importantly off it.
