freezing in-place

Character freezes in-place randomly. I can play fine most of the time but once in awhile keyboard inputs don't register and character stops moving completely. The game isn't frozen it's just something with the keyboard I suppose? Laptop is new and I tried setting different keys for movement. Any help appreciated.

Hey man. I know we chatted about this already in in-game chat. It definately sounds like keyboard input lag. You already turned off Vsync I know, so unless someone else can help you with this I suggest you research other ways to solve key oard input lag. I remember doing some research and finding some vids on youtube about it. So maybe begin there. I think i remember the vids suggesting it was caused by some unneccesary background services running. Or some bios tweaks or something. Sorry i cant be of more help.
