ITST is a safe place, for all bla bla.. what about the knobbers who do nothing but moan and slag you off ....like 'oh u are sooo bad, uninstall the game...and so on. Also win draw or lose top or bottom player ITST is a place where being rude and showing no sportsmanship is the norm...what a crock of elite crap. These fools would never say it to my face!! think they can hide behind a screen using false names, huh!! be big enough and share your real names and show ur moronic faces....

I will state I have had great pleasure meeting some nice people Sawyer, Didanne17, there are others (sorry forget names), these guys have been great.

This must be one of the worst online sites I have been involved in. My choice to stay or go...its just a shame and it is very sad. Dose it really matter how good you are? remember it aint real life guys..it is a game

If any of these things happen in official matches - let me know. If they are happening in friendly matches - ITST does not hold the responsibility for them. That would be Mana issue, if that. We are not the creators of Tennis Elbow, nor we ever proclaimed to be a policeman of the online tennis gaming of sorts. We are responsible and will stand by anything that has to do with tournaments played in ITST environment, period. Please do not hesitate to contact any of our hosts/admins when you have a problem during an official match via private message.

Lets refrain from condemning ITST just yet. We have been around for over 10 years now and have excellent track record, not without an "unhappy customer" of course, but most of them are dead wrong or misplace their anger.

You can't cut down a tree for some rotten apples, present in every online gaming community. Besides, saying that ITST is a place where being rude and showing no sportsmanship is the norm and then mentioning the good people (paraphrasing, the elite's elite) is kinda illogical. If it was for "knobbers", every site would be the worst.

You've been given advices on how to improve your game experience, and generally speaking how to improve as a player, but if you still focus on you have met in online exhibitions who behaved badly, the only thing left to say is that playing this game is not mandatory, especially if you do not enjoy it.
If you do instead, keep attending the good part of ITST (which is larger than the bad one, whatever you could think about it) and learn: next time the "knobbers" will have to leave with a bagel.
