I was playing against a player ELO 1400 and was well played game .

But when we arrived at the tie-break , he peusou the game and was a long time still. Until there was a disconnect and he received no penalty ELO and I ended up losing 9 ELO .

As I have a 900 ELO points he would lose by making a game played with someone of lower rank , but he managed this does not happen .

Beware of him ... He was playing like Marin Cilic and had an ELO between 1400 and 1500 .

If that happens again you can put the chat and after that just prees ESC key. Doing that you can finish the pause and continue the game by force. I think it works.
