EDIT (by VMoe86): No public calling out or complains. Have you contacted any Host, someone from Management? That's what you should do with such issues instead of creating a public thread. If you have any evidence someone using glitch against you (your opponent accepting an invitation without having started TS4 for instance), tell so via a PM to the host of that tournament.
