rankings

Postby rbirdy17 » Sun, 01 May 2011 21:38

OK, i am on xbox 360 and I made the QF in the colombia tournament. With these new rankings out, It says that I received 0 points at the tournament. Making the QF and receiving 0 points. How is that possible??? Can someone tell me how does that work?? Although all my wins in that tourney was WO so is that a factor?

Your qf loss was a walkover too, you do not get points if you exit a tournament having not played your final match.

Well like you said you also only got there on walkovers too so it's not as though you have been cheated out of any points really.

Not a joke mate, you lose by WO, you do not get the points for the tournament. You can ask the host for the points, but he will only give them to you if it was for special circumstances

I'm not sure of your situation, but if you know you will be out of town during more than a few days of the tournament, you probably shouldn't sign up in the first place.

It's not a joke, it's the rules.

Yeah I agree with this. It's not very good for the tournaments if there are going to be a lot of walkovers so there should be something to discourage people from signing up when they know they won't be around to play it.
