Ir0kuM4t4 - The Perfect Season

Postby Rob ITST » Mon, 04 Jan 2010 16:58

This is just so incredible, and I thought it deserved special mention since many non-TS1 players probably don't realize what has happened.

Congrats - I don't think this will ever happen again:

An ITST hall of famer in the making any one! Again, congrats. Rob, I am sure that it will hit every one after IrukoM4t4 becomes one.

I mean why wouldn't he!? Great move with this post. I hope he is here to see it right now!! :tu

Wow, thank you guys, thank you so much and thank you Rob for doing this post. As I said earlier in the match report, me too, I never expected and I'm very happy that if the tour ended to end like this, it's an honor. Maybe it's a story I'll be able to tell to my grandsons hehe. Thank you very much!

Thank you guys! Just a little detail, I had a little thing tingling in my head and I went checking and in fact I'm not the first player to end the year without a loss, Mecir72 (that great player! and one my mentors, especially on the service chapter), even if with less matches, in 2006 had a record of 22-0 winning four titles!

holy crows...!!!! an achievement written forever in the tapestry of time and universe. simply incredible.

i wonder would it be possible to see a similar list as above, but showing a breakdown of scores? Was it a steam-roll or were some/many of the matches tight? lol!!

once again - amazing achievement 8)

Only 8 sets dropped all year  Looks like a couple of epic 5 set finals at Oz and French though.

Unbelievable stats, Congrats!
