I'M EXPECTING MY Opponent for almost 30 min, and CAN NOT WAIT MORE.

It´s just common sense. There´s no rule.

No need for a rule. Just give your opponent the same courtesy you would want him to give you. Be understanding that things can happen which we cannot control. Most likely your opponent wants to play the match, but for some reason is not able to be on time.

30 minutes is probably the least amount of time you would wait - longer would be nice. A match can take over an hour, so you shouldn't have to leave 30 minutes after you are supposed to start.

Yesterday, I had another GAME AGAINST SAME opponent,
He said he would not play because HE WAS watching TV!
The DEADLINE WAS yesterday.

6.) Every tournament round has a deadline. This means that on the day of the deadline, it is the last day to get your match played in that specific round. If you do not play by the deadline you will most likely be put out of the tournament, unless you didn't get a response from your opponent. Then you'll most likely be handed a walkover by the tournament host. Deadlines are deadlines, be sure you stick to them. If your opponent has not shown up on the time you both agreed to, please inform the Tournament Host. They will decide on the appropriate course of action.

He proposed to us, TO WE play our 3 games we have to play TODAY!

TODAY IS DEADLINE: ARE NOW 1 HOUR AND 07 MIN

1 TIME, OK

He thinks we are all for him?
THIS to me is BE loose

SAMAEL, you are afraid?

i think 30-45minutes is a fair time for both to wait. something can happen why your opponent is too late. after this time you can write a pm with a new matchtime. i think we need no rule. thats a thing of clear human thinking  (find no better english word)
