I never played the man (Berson), so I can't tell about his gamestyle...
At first I did find some of his posts funny, but in the end, he seemed to be nothing than a douch... Wether it was written in english or in (bad) french, it was the same thing...
Taunting and all can be funny and motivating... when it's done with some cleverness/smartness...

(And when you read old Cabanac's posts, it's even worst)

With his attitude he just gave the hosts the rope for his hanging... It would have resulted in the same end in any "well handled" forum in the world...

I just looked for old posts of Sn1per31 and it is quite obvious by looking at his writing style (and the content) that it is OuiMr Berson.

I think the past should be the past.he's been the best player on the ts4 tour and to suspend him again is just pathetic.there's no point in going after the same players all the time when there are certain players that deserve the kind of treatment that your showing mr berson.

Itst you should wonder why so many people are having negative thoughts especially us new players about how itst operates

Were all here just to enjoy ts4 and play good tennis,let's cut out all the politics

Well you might be right to some extend. But there are many reasons why people get banned. And those are not minor issues. Insults , cheating etc are a big no no.

So even if things are in the passed . If you try the same stunts you did but then even under another account you might just lack a certain chemical in certain parts of your brain if you ask me.

The rules have been here even before TS3 and are not any stricter then before. Break them ur out. Not only because we don't tolerate it. But even more to protect the players who like to play a fair game.
So for me I always thought Mr Berson was a nice guy but after hearing what happened I am behind the decision a 200% .

Berson's ban was a collection of things, but the biggest issue was the fact that he repeatedly lied to us. We have approached him after our findings, gave him a fair chance to redeem himself, instead, he chose to mock us and lie once again, much like he did lie about Sh0case making 200+ drop shots in their match, when in fact there less then 10.

Berson's ban has nothing to do with the way he played the game.

If somone is breaking the rules again and again, the Mods of this site have no other option, than draw the logic consequences.
I would like to play Berson, because he seems to be a fantastic TS4 player and everyone wants to beat him, but rules are rules.
And any critics about the makers of this site are not correct. They do a great job and i enjoy the professional organisation. By the way, thanks for that.

If you can find a way to somehow hit 200 drop shots in a match, I want to play you

Also it doesn't really matter that he's #1. That shouldn't factor into it at all so you guys can stop bringing that up.

Exactly. It all boils down to one thing: Honesty.

As Sniper, he was banned. Then, he created multiple accounts to try to get back in. As Berson, he lied in a match report. As Djarvik said, he claimed his opponent hit 200 drop shots - he even said "I am not exaggerating", but the video showed his opponent hitting about 7 drop shots, and Berson serving from the tramlinbes. When we figured out who he was, we asked him, twice, but he wouldn't tell the truth.

Can someone like that ever be trusted? Do you guys really want someone like that playing here?

He hasn't used "Samael" for years, and Berson just joined in March. That raised a flag that he was obviously an old member, and we started looking deeper.

You even mentioned Sn1per31 a few posts later.

Ah. I didn't notice that for some reason. Which is fairly odd that I think about it(granted, I still think Koellerer as Samael.

And since he's banned, I'm sure I can say that after I made that post I got a pm Berson saying he was Sniper, and thanks for remembering. This was a few days ago. :lol:
