Match Scheduling.

One of the biggest problems in ITST so far that I have seen is match scheduling. Many players tend to complain when they get a walkover against them.

If you go to the personal page you will see your next opponent and below their name it will say 'send pm' click on the link which will guide you to the private message screen. When the screen loads it will show with a already written message depending on the rounds such as:

'Dear (Name), we meet in R16 of Brisbane International (MSS). Here is my availability to play the match'

Along with the message add times,days of when your available to play not just i can play now which doesnt do any one any favour. Also Cest time must be used.

This is a good example on how to write a pm to your opponent.

Dear (Name), we meet in R16 of Brisbane International (MSS). Here is my availability to play the match i can this week from monday till friday 7-10 pm cest time and Saturday-Sunday i can from 7-12 cest.

Like i said before do not use 'Can play now', 'I'm on', no one is a future teller so make sure you make it clear when you can.

This is what needs to be done when scheduling be clear on what days, times and make it easier for your opponent to know when you will be available.

Hope this made it easier for people when they are scheduling their match.

I'm definitely going to be more strict with this. From now on, any type of scheduling that does not fit these standards will result in either a w.o. or no match even if the opponent isn't/is rarely available.

All matches have to be scheduled in ITST through PM's, if matches are scheduled on discord it will be a no match.
