Reputation - Frustrating

I've only played 3 matches on ITST and have been given a bad rep each time. I'm not rude to opponents, i don't cheer when they make mistakes and i applaud when they make a good shot yet each time i've been downvoted. How can i reverse this as i'm concerned it will affect my ability to find a match? this is incredibly frustrating for someone new to the community.
