Need help scheduling match!

hello,

i have to play a matchat the farmers classic (in LA) and my opponent lives in italy. we can never seem to find a time that works for both of us and when we do, we often don't get the messages earlier or get confused by the dates we are talking about! what is the best possible way for us to get connected? and can anyone help us through this?

I am the host for the tournament and the last PM you sent was almost perfect in that regard. You could add at which times you are available on the other days until July 31st.
