Zero tolerance policy

Postby djarvik » Fri, 17 Jun 2011 04:42

Dear members, since the release of TS4 ITST has grown exponentially. We are very happy to have all the new members on board but we feel like there is a need to lay out some ground rules in regards to management and hosting teams of this site. Remember, these members donate their valuable time so you can enjoy our tour. They deserve your utmost respect for their contributions.

Reporting a "problem" to the host:
If you have a problem in an ITST match, you may bring it to hosts attention via PM. Please construct your PM in a way that doesn't require the host to respond. Simply notify the host via detailed paragraph of text. If the host needs more information he will contact you.

Decisions made by hosts:
Once a tournament host makes a decision regarding a match, you can question him via PM if you disagree with it. You can do so once, by sending one PM. This is not a negotiation, the decision at this point is made and the only way the host will change it is if there was an oversight on his part. He will review the particulars and provide his reasoning.

- We will not tolerate multiple PMs to our hosts, arguing the decisions they make.
- We will not tolerate any form of disrespect when contacting our hosts. They are doing their job and we ask you be respectful to them.

Failure to follow these requests will result in your account be suspending and/or automatic disqualification from tournament you are participating in. Starting today, there absolutely no exceptions to these rules.
