Playing top spin on windows 7

I've reinstalled that amazing game but the game experience wasn't the best. It starts well but i play 3 or 4 minutes and it begins to low the frame rate until it's impossible to play. I tried to run it with compatibility with windows xp but nothing improves. Did that happen to someone else?
