How to take a screenshot?

Can anybody tell me can I make a screenshot? I watch a replay then I stopped at one moment and I wanna photo it. How make it?

You can use a software, i use MWSnap 3 which is free and very easy. You can also press the "Stamp" button, if you have windows, and then see the image on paint by clicking "paste" if i remeber correctly

In Tennis Elbow 2011 there is a button for it: Just press F11, then you will find a .bmp in the main folder of Tennis Elbow 2011.
