It would be great 2 see evryone who plays tennis to post videos here and if any ITST members are close to each other 2 play each other?
Maybe make a date of it and arrange a weekend on the sony ericsson court?
To win is to achieve success. To compete and lose and try again is greatness

I am a broken down old man

Seriously though, problem is I rarely play matches, I mostly feed balls and do some light rallying. So it is safe to say that anyone around 4.5 with match experience can beat me. Last time I played a player around 4.5 I barely won and it was about 2 years ago.

Most of my tennis nowadays consist of just hitting sessions and ball feeding.

I think Xavi is the best player here. He seems to compete even now (?) and the most important thing in winning matches is actually playing competitive matches.

Djarvik I'm gonna take a drive up there sometime so we can have a match. I'm an old mess myself so how about winner buys lunch? Not too expensive though!

I still play tennis but only amateur friendlys.
I hit the ball as hard as i can, the problem is the ball normally goes 3-4 too long  I used to practice a lot my one handed backhand on the past, but my technique of shot was very weak, i was never been able to rigid my arm enough
