How foolish of me? I voted for Argentina in the red group, just to find out that most people voted for my country.

Has the United States won a world cup?
'06 Wimbledon, Hamburg Masters, & 4 Doubles' & 4 Singles' Titles
2 U.S. & French Doubles' Finals
542 Tournaments, 1024 vs. Opp., 1204 Rds.
Davis Cups/Captain/Rds.: 07/05/11
QF/SF/F/Title/End-Year Championships/Trophy: 105/49/20/10/10/30

No, this world team cup is different then the Davis Cup. You can read about it here:

http://www.atptennis.com/en/tournaments/profile/615.asp

http://www.arag-world-team-cup.de/1/en/

The teams play 2 single matches versus each other and 1 doubles match.

I think, although USA has the Bryan brothers and because of that a big advantage, USA wont win this year. I think Chile or Germany will take it.

I share your idea Slicer. Either Germany or Chile will win. But Germany will have to play without Haas. But at least we have one of the best double players.

I think whoever wins the Red group. Germany without Haas is like a day without sunshine.

Chile is going to be solid, while all the US has to do is win one of two singles matches. I voted for Chile because Massu and Gonzalez will score two three-set three hour victories over Fish and Blake, respectively.
