Everybody doesnt care for this, only London. :P

Though, JJ reminds me of the cheesers from TS3. So he will win.

Sick run by the Polish guy.

Ferrer leads 7-5 4-2, this will be his chance to finally win a Masters. As long as Janowicz doesn't turn on god mode again.

Ferrer just won. I like how Llodra sticked to his S&V guns until the end, on almost every 2nd serve as well.

Isner!

BTW a Masters event right before the YEC is a stupid idea, no wonder all the strong players are losing early.

His best shot is his serve, simply spectacular. He always try to end the point with a winner, during rallies his best shots are the FH, very flat, and the drop shot, he masters it and uses it a lot.
Isner, Berdych..are hard hitters, and this guy is also a hard hitter but the difference with all those guys is that Janowicz can mix his game, he knows how to hit slices, drop shots etc, and you will hardly see Berdych hitting slices, drop shots etc
Future will tell but he knows how to play this game, definitely.
BTW he moves better than Isner.
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

Based on his movement alone, I wouldn't have guessed Janowicz to be 6'8".

He is though, just ask Minnie Simon. :)

At least now we have a storyline, a reason to watch: Veteran gunning for first Masters vs. No-name upstart playing out of his gourd. Should be interesting.

He's mixing up his game nicely. Slices, drop shots, obviously a huge serve. It's just one of those small miracles that happen now and then in tennis. I mean he was down and out when Murray was serving while having MP. Now he's gone all the way. Maybe he's thinking "I can do what Radwanska can do".

Wide serving with Babb/Gallo and excessive drop shots? :D I think he has more than 50 Speed though.

I watched the highlights on the atp site, and they only showed one second serve from JJ at the end. Mostly dropshot winners actually :? . But the announcers were super excited about the dropshots, so I can only imagine he's got a powerful/surprising game overall.

Sounds good!

He's overdoing it a bit with the drop shots, just like Gulbis sometimes. And against Ferrer :)

His movement is fantastic for such a tall guy. Lost the first set but leads by a break in the early second set.

As I said, reminded me of Cheesers on TS3. Not a bad thing, since he seems to be a fairly unique, with his mix of forehand/serve playstyle with delicacy.

Ferrer grinded him down. Too many errors on forehand and serve by Janowicz but if anyone deserves a Masters title, it's Ferrer. Tournament and match wins leader in 2012 so far.

Just checked, his run will push him into the Top 30, which means that he will be seated at the AO '13.
