Fed thrashing everyone

I must admit i never predicted that Fed will return to this kind of form he has now. The way he s been playing in the last months it s absolutely amazing. What do you think, will he be able to carry out this form to RG and Wimbledon and win these 2? He hasn't won a GS in a while.

To me, he has more chances to win the US Open...
But just seeing him playing that way, and shutting everyone mouth, is just enough to make my day ! 8) (I've read/heard too much of "Roger is over, he's too old..." : Blah, to the blah, to the blah...)

Fed isn't playing better, the competition is playing worse.

Very fine line between winning and losing - and the fact that Djokovic, Nadal and Murray aren't firing on all cylinders has allowed Federer to grab a few titles.

Not a fan of Federer at all, can't stand the guy and his attitude at times, as Nadal pointed out by saying he doesnt care about the other players running themselves into the ground by playing too many tournaments as long as he is fine. The arrogance of the guy in interviews towards players like Murray makes my skin crawl.

Saying that though he has surprised me with how well he has played, considering he is now in his 30's it is a testament to how good a player he really is that he can still compete with the younger generation.

Oh come on -- if anything (even if it's not his reason), Federer's stand on that is MUCH better for most of the pro players. It's guys like Nadal, Murray, etc. who are being selfish. Only the top few players have the luxury of being able to play very few tournaments, most of the rank and file pros need all those events just to make ends meet.

That may be true, but their "ends" involve fast cars, large homes and fine dining. Doubt any of 'em are eating boxed pizza and drinking no-brand soda.
