Astralian Open: Djokovic vs Nadal

Postby Moralspain » Sat, 28 Jan 2012 15:23

Third straight GS final between them, let's see if this time Nadal can finally beat Nole :D

BTW, Mike and Bob Brian about Rafa's alimentary habits hahaha

"Rafa's personality has really blossomed over the years. He used to be pretty shy, but now it kind of feels like he's a leader on the tour. He's probably the most intense guy in [the locker room]. He's a really nice and polite guy. A couple of years ago, we saw him on a flight from Madrid to Rome. He came on with a bag of McDonald's. He's an incredible athlete. You see him at breakfast eating chocolate doughnuts. He must just be an amazing genetic specimen."

"Novak Djokovic is the one you'd call the funny guy. He's always joking around, wisecracking. Roger is Mr Relaxed. It will be five minutes before the Wimbledon final and he'll look like he's having an easy Sunday afternoon. Andy Murray is really into sports. He's into the fantasy basketball in the US and is in a bunch of leagues. Fernando Verdasco and Feliciano Lopez definitely use more hair gel than anyone else. They're the pretty boys. Ivo Karlovic is really quiet, but then he gets on Twitter and cracks us up. It's surprising."
Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

Rafa usually has a burger or big dessert if he wins, ive heard him mention it before. However he wins a hellova lot so he should be a big fat man (nalbandian)

Man I hope I will not fall into sleep during the Match again like I did in the Murray-Djoko or Azarenka-Sharapova Match because I have a weird Sleeprhythm since the Austrailian Open.

Im in the same boat as Ched. That Fed vs. Nadal match I stayed up until 7am. I really need to get back on schedule too!

I really hope Nadal can pull this one through though. If he has any chance to win he will have to play much better than his semi match though.

DJO - NAD

5-7 6-4 4-1 after 2:30.

If Rafa can t come back, Tennis gets so **** predictable:

Nadal is Federer s kryptonit (except in London on Indoor hart)

Djokovic is Nadal s kryptonit (seems almost like any surface)

Just Federer can beat Djokovic.

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Rafa's tennis is a shadow of what once was, Djokovic is just a better player now, that simple

I guess you are right. And Rafa is making to many unforced errors.... If Novak is able to do a break now in the fourth... this game is decided

A shadow of what once was that reaches 3 GS finals the year before and which plays another one in 2012... Good point, Moralspain.
Ban Djokovic forever!
