watching tennis all day and listening to all the commentators i was just curious on who is everyones favorite! By the way these are all the ones i could come up with so sorry if i forgot about some. just write them down

Darren Cahill is quite sensible.
I quite like listening to McEnroe even though he's prone to tremendous streams of hyperbole and contradiction.
I laugh everytime I recall that he said Nadal is a better volleyer than Roger

The best:

J. McEnroe: One of the best players of all time, has titles dripping out of his buttcheeks, IS NOT a corporate whore and often speaks his mind.

D. Cahill: Reservered knowledgeable guy who always seems to know the answer to some crazy obscure questions:lol:

B. Gilbert: I know everybody makes fun of him but he's smarter than you are and knows more about tennis than you ever will. I also find him genuinely hilarious.

The worst:

Mary Carillo: doesn't hide her jealousy of younger prettier girls well and is also just a total bitch

Pam Shriver: Ms. Negative never has anything whatsoever to add except how much weight whatever female player she's watching has gained.

Cliff Drysdale: Pretentious douchebag. Knows nothing of the modern game, AT ALL. Stop rolling your 'r's too, weirdo. We ain't in 19th century colonial South Africa we expect you to talk like you don't consider yourself a part of some unknown royal family.

By far the absolute worst is JUSTIN GIMELSTOB though. He seems like he has this job solely because he or his daddy knew somebody high up. He was a **** tennis player, he has a **** sense of humor, he is a pretentious windbag, and I honestly wish a piano would fall out of the sky and hit him.

Honorable mention should be given to Martina Navratilova. I forgot about her because she commentates rather infrequently.

I have never ever EVER heard anybody so incredibly arrogant and full of themselves as Martina Navratilova. Congratulations you beat up on a bunch of girls in the 70's because you have a dick. Nobody cares.

They are mostly full of BS, i prefer to watch it without commentator. i spend all day on tennis forums or my favorite player website that i surely would know enough about the things that i want to know,the rest will be useless stuff to me.
