I disagree fed is one of the best players on hard courts particularly low bouncing quick courts so he can still win majors people are reading too much into the loss to tsonga, this is the same tsonga who ran rafa over in the AO semis.
.
but generally speaking he beat the man of 2011 novak the best hard-court player besides him so you right him off at your peril, so who cant roger beat that you feel will trouble him at the slams he has already beaten tsonga twice this year on hard and clay, delpo still has a losing record against fed, rafa will be tough but given the bounce of these hard courts fed can rip his bh more like he did in London last year, Murray in o-2 against fed in slams always expect fed to donate the match to him with errors.
and fed's form is fine all be it he lost to tsonga he served well and made only 11 errors in a five set match so we need perspective. generally speaking he form is good it definitely could be better but its certainly better than last year when he lost to berdy, he played crap against tsonga he played passive when it mattered most but well in the end.
apart from losing to an inspired gran slam finalist and former top 6 player i have seen a reason why fed cant win the us open his second most successful slam event.

I just think Novak and Nadal are going to very difficult to beat at this point of their careers, both being in their prime, and Roger being past his. Roger has lost to Novak in all 3 of their hard court matches this year, and got handled pretty easily in the one hard court match he played agaisnt Nadal this year at Indian Wells. Roger is only getting older, and If Novak and Rafa manage to stay healthy I don't see Roger winning another slam. Although I hope he can prove me wrong, I kinda miss the days of Roger winning every GS lol.
and he shoulbeconsidered among the fittest guys on tour just cos he doesnt run left to right like the bull, shaggy, and No-Djoke doesnt mean he aint fit how often do we see fed panting or doubled over the way rafa was in miamijayl0ve wrote:You guys might laugh at me but I have a feeling he might be playing til he's 40.
Has any top player ever been in as good shape as this guy (Injuries-wise not physical fitness per se)??
He never gets injured...he plays an efficient game....I don't see why he can't last longer than Agassi

thats why we call him shaggyMax949 wrote:Murray looks rather like a tramp there.
