I have nothing against what I've seen of Venus' personality, she seems like a nice enough girl.....Serena is a raging bitch from hell, however

say what you like about her personality but she has been a dominant champ a leader for the tour in terms f what you need to be the best player, to be the undisputed no 1 player in the world and 29 or number 1 sereena goes out on court with the ability and mental fortititude to say " Im better than you" look at her an injured foot and blood clot couldnt keep her away yet henin because an elbow injury and loss of her aura against sveta and slam winner quit. She goes in to eastbourne and wimbledon knowing despite her ranking no one is better than her. i dnt think there is anyone in that top 10 that has a winning record.against her especially.the top 4-7.

Yes any sport needs it's best players and biggest personalities especially when like the WTA they don't have many to pick from. Clijsters looks like she's quickly losing motivation again so doubt she will be around for much longer either.

can anyone say...steroids? i have the same suspicion about sharapova...she took a long leave of absence and is nothing like she was before(shoulder injury too)serena and venus both take long periods of absence. when injured like this is the WTA able to test for steroids?

No problem, I still prefer Henin... the game and the attitude.

henin's game was fun to watch but attitude wasnt great im mean describe the hand moment at the french open was wrong .plus sereena has a better attitude to tennis. if henin was so determined to complete a career slam she would have forgoed her elbow problem if she was still playing she be top 4 on grass right up there with the willlams and Masha. But she isnt as tough as sereena and that is why ulitmately she retired. she does not have sereena determination and massive apepetite for success im mean she played great in the hopman cup whippin everyone but when sveta stepped up a AO she couldnt handle it .that is what makes fed great the willingness to compete and thrive in this competitive era he finds himself in. Henin saw clijsters win uso and thought it would be at easy to win slams forgetting that despite kims success there were still some.slam winners like sveta with the game to beat anyone tlmatched with the focus, will, desire, concentration that could beat her regardless of h2h as stylistically it is a fair matchup it was just justine had the.mental edge and once that.wasnt there she couldnt rasie her.game to beat an 'on her game' sevta should sereena lose at wimbledon it only make her more deteermined. She want that gold and is prepared to do the necessary something henin was not due to a relative lack of substance( I say relative cos afterall she is a 7 time slam winnerin her own right )something sereena has plenty of and it this and not the number of slams or the h2h that seperates themm

Oh, they are able to. If it is anything like in cycling or track&field then they can check you anywhere, anytime.

Weirdest story i heard was about a cyclist who went on a training trip in some forsaken mountain range. He slept in a log cabin in the middle of nowhere only to be woken up at 5 in the morning for an out of competition check-up.
