The draw it out:

No Djokovic, so Nadal is the big favourite for the title. Or will Federer manage to beat him? Or will Murray have an unexpected turnaround of his form on the clay?

But that aside, the major topic is of course the first round clash:

If Gulbis will play as poor as in Miami and Indian Wells then he has no chance, but if he will play as good as last year on clay then Dolgo has no chance.

WOW! :P Can it really be a more fun match to watch at the moment?

Hoping Gulbis will skip a night out drinking for this one, to make it really fun.

Well well, Gulbis takes the 1st set 6-1

On another note, Ranoic beat Llodra with the crazy scoreline of 6-3 0-6 6-0

I'm beginning to suspect Gulbis has a split personality where one is truly awful at tennis and the other is truly spectacular at it because there seems to be no middle ground with this guy!

I think he remembered how well he played on clay last year and that gave him some much needed confidence. If he keeps that confidence up, he can have a good season on clay, not as good as last year, but nonetheless a good season
