Murray strains tendon while playing PlayStation

Andy Murray has hurt his hand playing a video game.

"I just lost 1 match to dani [Vallerdu] at the new pro evolution and I think I broke my hand!" Murray wrote on his Twitter account. "Icing the hand... over playstation [-] time to grow up andy!"

According to the Daily Express, the injury was a strained tendon. Murray has traveled to Scotland for brother Jamie's wedding on Thursday.

"Andy’s hand is a bit sore, but the tennis season is over [sic] and he’s said that nothing will stop him doing his bit for Jamie on his big day," the paper quoted a friend as saying.

Murray is scheduled to defend his title next week in Valencia, where he and Jamie have also been given a wild card into doubles.
