Berdych vs Federer

Postby venom400 » Wed, 31 Mar 2010 15:31

This is the best match I have ever seen in my life !

I was there on the 300 level (well I bought 400 but the guards were too busy watching the game and didn't care) the ambient was equivalent of a baseball or football game , people were making the wave , screaming , singing "Roger...Roger ...." and the points made us get off our sits a few times .

It sucks that Fed lost but Berdych deserved it .

I did shot out an ITST shout out on the end of the 3rd set , a cookie to the first person that finds it :P

Well, it was a pretty straightforward match, Berdych simply went for it all and Federer surprisingly wasn't able to handle it. Of course the hitting was fantastic but that's how it usually is when Birdshit plays well.

It's not so much to do with them not watching much tennis, it's more to do with the fact that there are very few active forum members here.
I mean it's most often the same dozen or so guys that provide input or reply to threads.
Obviously this is a site catering to a tennis video game and the reason why many joined in the first place(so not necessarily to be indulging in forum conversation), but speaking strictly as far as forum activity is concerned, it ain't a ghost town just yet but is not terribly far from one either.

We need a new tennis game and the forum will bloom
with bitching again. I am sure.

Venom, when I will get home I'll find the shoutout, been wanting a cookie for some time now. :P
