there´s something personal there, don´t you think?
Rafa and Federer didn´t know what to do or say

BTW What was the final score?

A bit sad of both of them really to take some of the fun factor away. Definately a bit of beef between them.

Honestly Agassi wasn't going to say anything about Pete's impression until Pete said 'say something'! Also Andre's right in saying "It's not personal, everybody knows it". Agassi didn't have to say it, and it was a tad inappropriate, but it's already old news and he was probably trying to make light of the whole situation but it quickly got really uncomfortable...

All Agassi said to start with was that Pete was taking it too serious, he should just have served underarm or something. Sampras is too competitive for these sort of things.

Just watching highlights on Eurosport and they cut this. Agassi was talking pretty much throughout though. It cut too straight after though with the oncourt guy and Sampras was really ticked off. Also why did Rog have a ballgirl carry his bag on when nobody else did?

Basically, they don't like each other anymore.

Sampras 'disappointed' by criticism in Agassi's book

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- Pete Sampras would like a sit-down with longtime American rival Andre Agassi away from the tennis court to discuss Agassi's harsh words about the 14-time Grand Slam champion in his recent autobiography, Open. Sampras said Thursday he was surprised and disappointed by Agassi's "shots" at Sampras in the book and would like to meet "man to man" to discuss it.

Apparently, they haven't yet had the "man to man."

Sampras and Federer together? oh great, two boring, arrogant dumbasses on the same side
btw, i really don't care about the number of GS titles they have, it's just their personality and behaviour

and no need to insult me for this, it's just my personal opinion
and it's clear... i don't like them

it's kind of sad they had to "discuss" their differences at this charity event...

"There it is, I'm a bad tipper! Sorry, Barack Obama."

....

WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN PETE? :? :?
Maybe he feels guilty for not stimulating the economy more, that's the only explanation that makes ANY shred of sense...

Andre is clearly a better shit-talker, Pete is terrible under verbal pressure. Kinda weird given how great he was under tennis pressure.
