I developed additional respect for Both players this morning .

Andy's humbleness and Federer's tennis .

Whatever dry spot Federer hit it's over , he is playing the most amazing tennis you can play period !

His footwork , strokes , one hand backhand , forehand , serves , volleys and just about everything is the best we will probably be ever be able to see and we should be thankfull that we are here to see it live .

They will talk about Federer for years and years to come !
"It's nice to be important , but it's more important to be nice" Roger Federer .

"All who gain power are afraid to lose it , even the Jedi" Emperador Palpatine .

WHY IS EVERYONE CRYING THESE DAYS???
What the hell, it's OK to be emotional, but I can't think of any other (men's) sport where the loser thinks it's OK to pout and sob for themselves after a loss. Showing respect and getting motivated is the correct response, not "boo-hoo, mommy said I would win!"
At least it looked like Murray felt a little embarassed, but I'm worried that younger players see this from the big guys and we'll have future generations TRYING or at least thinking it's the right thing to do in the ceremony.

lol. I think Murray expects too much of himself . Or better said the UK does.
Too much pressure on the poor lad.

But nice to see he lost again though :-)

The British press does go overboard, I'm sure it is because we have never had a conveyor belt of great champions, so when they come along they are treated like gods and everyone else who tries get's stamped on.

All the News channels are like "What's wrong with his game?", "Why couldn't he win?", "What's wrong with British Tennis?", it's so old now.

God help Laura Robson if she manages to carve out a decent senior career.

I like to see that guys know how to cry, and they know how to shatter the "Men don't cry" mentality. Like you said, it is okay. I guess tennis gets to most men than other sports.

I have a much bigger problem seeing someone cry when they lose. Tears of joy or disbelief are one thing, feeling sorry for yourself is entirely different and pathetic.
-50 man points for a crying winner, -200 points for a crying loser.
