How about vs Murray or even from one set down vs Berdman ? His arm didn't shake for a moment, vs Nole his only fault was to not be able to take that 2nd set before the tb, there he would have won in 3.
And after that 4th set it was pretty clear he couldn't move his feet as well as before. That was Djokovic's luck, and once he faces a better shot maker than he is, his game plan is exactly the same than Murray, Rafa and Ferrer : push harder until your opponent starts to fail. That's disgusting but people always remember those guys great matches vs Nadal because they can't push harder than him so eventually they get a bit creative...
