My girlfriend and I, in wondering WTF is wrong with Federer lately, have noticed that he looks sick.

Like, physically ill. He's skinny and drawn looking, and his skin looks kinda yellow.

Hope nothing is wrong :/

Federer actually played decent in first 3 matches.. And also first set against roberdo.. After that he started missing chances.. He got to like break points 14 times and roberdo save some with unbelievable shots and on other federer played poor.. The problem is the deeper the set gets, lower Feds confidence go.. In 3rd set when he got broken it seemed like his legs were trembling.. Every opponent now believes that they can beat federer so they come on in with tremendous amount of confidence. That mental factor helps them.. Federer used the word "self-destructed" for himself

I do believe 2014 will be better for him than this year

Cool, every QF match is one handed backhand against 2 handed.

6 altogether even if you include the Ladies (Vinci and Navarro).

Edit addon: 24 ATP players in the current Top 100 are OHBH.

What a good student! He lost 5th set in RG against wawrinka, even though he won the 1st 2 sets.

Now he successfully won 2, 5-setters in a row. That's experience and good learning. 8/10 for gasquet

Robredo getting slaughtered as expected.

How many times has Nadal lost vs a OHBH player? 10 x vs Federer and I bet less than 10 times vs everyone else combined (remember a Youzhni final that the Russian won 60 61 or so but Nadal basically had to play back to back matches).

Quite a lot. Had a look through his head-to-head vs top 30 ranked players. He has lost to:

Ljubicic, Blake, Gaudio, Corretja, Fernando Gonzalez, Youhzhny, Srichaparn (once), Lopez, Kohlschreiber and Andreev. There is probably more.
