Lol, I halfway agree with you, I got bored after watching that match for only a few minutes, turned it off and just looked up the score later. I've only seen Isner's serve wear down in best of 5 matches, so to me it will be really difficult for him to win 7 best of 5 matches. But Indian Wells should be his best tournament, slowest hard court, week and a half tournament, that is best of 3.

Isner had triple set point on Nole's serve. Nole completely mishit a backhand that somehow still went over the net and in the end Isner made an UE.

Isner sucks. Amateurish, clumsy UE's, now Nole is serving for set.

If The Swissman's serve is majestic like it was in his match against Dolgopolov, I see him get the better of Nole in two tight sets: 7/6 7/5. Then, I bet on Gulbis giving the trophy to Federer. :D

Edberg is tied with Nole for 41 singles titles, he will do EVERYTHING to keep it that way, incl. illegal coaching!

Nole has been in a drought since January and Fed has been surging. It will be a 3 setter but I can't predict the winner.

fed played a pretty convincing first set 6-3. i like to see the aggressive play fed is using right now. lets see if nole changes it up in the second

Nole was serving for match then Fed broke back.

Now it's 5-1 for Nole in the tie break.

And Nole wins it. 17-16 in Fed's favour still and a return to form for the Swiss.

That was the worst Nole has ever played and won a tournament. He started 0-5 vs Clic. And the last 3 times he served for the match (2 vs Isner 1 vs Fed) it got to 0-40 and he was broken. The only thing that saved him was he played very well during the middle to end of his matches when he didn't have to serve for it :?

Has anyone seen the ATP rankings? Rafa dropped points while Novak gained some. I believe Novak has a chance to come for Rafa's ranking.

Still more than Gulbis

BTW someone's been rigging the draws this year so that Dimitrov and Gulbis always meet at one point. The beginning of a wonderful friendship?
