To be honest I have yet to see that bit "extra" that Gulbis has to offer over other great ball strikers like Berdych and Mathieu who got talked up early in their career but ultimately have shown themselves to be streaky players at best.

Saying that his is still young and if he is in the mood could win today but I think Murray will edge through in 4.

Let me ask you something Fedfan:

Do you see Gulbis as these guys? ball striker?

If yes, I can confidently say you didn't watch a full match with him.

The guy has great serve, great volley, fantastic drop shots.

He is way more complete player then the guys you listed.

rrrr  CONSISTENCY is the missing part, that and his head of course

He will most likely always stay over hyped, but so be it. I enjoy every match with him. :P

Yes Al, thats first round, However Gulbis got less aces against a not so good returner as murray ;)

All im sayin is Murray is better in all departments at this moment in time, HOWEVER if Gulbis pulled it together and became more consistent then you would have an arguement

Plus did i ever mention Gulbis is best friends with Chokabitch?

Yeah, Chokabitch is his bitch.

We won't agree on this one, so lets stop.

Look at Gulbis's errors, cut them in half.

I'll admit I haven't seen much of Gulbis lately, mainly because he has hard ly winning any matches but I will happily stand corrected if he brings these sorts of options to todays match.

Ive got to say Gulbis in 4, the pressure will get to murray. Gulbis has nothing to lose.

Gulbis does have so much talent, he just needs a huge win to bring it all together, and this will be it

Please, as a favor to me :P Watch today's match. All I am asking. The guy deserves support, you WILL be entertained. I would love to hear your opinion win or lose.

@Iain
 Yep. Lets discuss that after the match. You will have easier time to convince me :P
