Is that really a gift though? Mayer is playing great, I doubt Mayer will win but he'll give Novak a hard time..

Yup, 7 times RG champion aka "the greatest clay courter of all time" and current Nr. 2 of the world, Rafa Nadal, lost in the 2nd round in 5 sets vs. nr. 100.

Federer was 0-2 down vs. Julien Bennetau but could escape (4-6 6-7 6-2 7-6 6-1).

thanks for your answer
thats indeed a big player.

So what can Fed do to beat Nole? Besides trying to win 3 sets.

the only chance to beat him, in my opinion, is Fed serving very very well, and obviously playing at his best level from the baseline.

PS: let see if David can beat Murray, right now Ferrer is one of the best players along Djokovic, haven't checked the draw but i wouldn't be surprised if we see a Ferrer v Djokovic final.

Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

fed and nole have nerve played at wimpy so i think it will be interesting to see how the first set plays out.

Nole will have to drop his level for fed to win in my opinion. If nole plays his best, should win in 4, maybe 3
