I do think Isner's kick serve is probably the only shot in the game that can get up high enough to really bother Nadal, especially since taking it early isn't really an option.
I think he hit one today that bounced so high it literally bounced over Rafa's head.
It was one where it looked like it took a bad bounce and Rafa completely whiffed...I played it back though and it didn't look like a bad bounce, it looked like it just bounced way higher than Nadal thought it was going.
