Same grass yeah, but could be cut differently? :) More moister?

Shoes for the most part are the same as well...

Wasn't particularly rainy in the last few days.

S&V and one handed backhands, it's like watching the 90's but 20% faster :D Stakho holding his ground, could be 3-4 tie breaks

Fed is actually having to hit a lot of returns for probably the first time in years, won't get away with just blocking it back today. It will do him good I think would like to see this go to 4 sets at least.

Dare I say are the courts quicker this year?!

The old groundsman who had been there since the roman invasion presumably retired last year so that might mean the courts are slightly different. De brito said there was a fair amount of upswept dead grass on the court which is why it was slippy

Federer serving and volleying more now as well. SV is kind of a luring strategy, if an opponent is having a lot of success with it the player will give it a try. Even agassi in his rafter semis was Sv'ing by the end sometimes. And of course fed will be like 'whatever you can do I can do better' haha

Yep there's a new groundsman this year but Henman said that no changes were made to the courts. Hm...

Edit: Stakho wins second set 7-6

Edber-Stich Semifinal anyone? :D

Stakovsky 3rd set 7-5. Federer gone for the 'bathroom break' probably praying to the passing shot gods to kill this ancient serve and volley demon!
