I voted for Federer. For me it's about Federer and Djokovic. If Fed doesn't win I think it's Djoko who will do it. I think Roddick will fall on the Round Robin, Nadal will reach the semi, umm and maybe Davydenko can reach the semi too but we have also to wait for the missing players. Unfortunately I think Nalbandian can't get enough points already to qualify. But Samael why did you put Gonzalez? He is not qualified yet so we can't be sure. :?

I have not seen my man Roddick play. I think that Djokovic and Federer has a chance.

Also, I think Federer can deal with the lost at Spain's Master Series better than Djokovic. Nadal seems a bit off or tired (not the defender that I have seen him as during the French and Wimbledon seasons). Hence, in my opinion, Federer should pull it off.

I said Djokovic, this is the type of tournament atmosphere he will relish.

I don't say Federer, mainly because almost everyone says Federer.

I would say Roddick over Djokovic had he played a little more, but one match - a loss to Fabrice Santoro - since the US Open just isn't going to cut it. I may change my opinion if he has a decent Paris Masters showing.

Roddick went down to Federer in the US Open. But, he lost fighting. Grunting for each ball hit and taking it to Federer. Still, it was not enough. I hope that he did not get discouraged. He has to keep his head up. We will see how he does for sure.

I really liked Roddick's attitude all throughout the US Open. I think he's going to do even better next year, although I don't necessarily think his ranking will improve.

His play at the US Open, when he played Federer, was the best I have seen him after he even won the Open in 2003.

Much impressed. If he can play that way against all players, he will remain as the top four player in the world for sure.

He has to want every match as he wanted Federer at the Open.

Roddick def Davydenko 6-3 4-6 6-2

Not bad considering his lack of matches since the US Open

lol, Federer loses to Gonzo. That would be great if Roddick could beat Federer and knock him out of the tournament before the semifinal phase

Unbelievable. I thought that him winning the US Open was "cheated." He was not playing like Federer and Djokovic could not convert on any of the 7 set-points he had.

I think next year will be pretty grim for the Swiss player, as I stated in my poll relative to this point on this forum. What I mean by this is Feddie's stats will not be the same as this year's.

That is my opinion; and, right now, it looks like it is getting to that point.
