Olympics 2016

Del Potro made Djokovic cry. Olympics made.

Saying that, Del Potro has now stopped Djoko from winning a medal at two olympics. Who's favourite now? Andy Murray or Nadal to make it two golds?

Delpo! :c

But seriously - Murray got this one, unless he messes up.
Level 13 Edberg and counting...

Rafa into the semis after already reaching the doubles final. Andy won a very tight 3rd set against Johnson. Players have grown wings after Nole's early loss.

Flag bearer delivers!

Rafa-Delpo is a total toss up though.

I agree, if Nadal shows up like he did vs Bellucci, and Delpo's FH is on a crazy day, then Delpo will win, but if he's passive and makes a lot of errors like he has been in his matches after Djokovic, then Nadal will probably come through. Plus i'm worried about his bh vs Nadal. The slice probably won't cut it.

Well, fortunately I think Del Po will hit through more, like he did against Djoko. He does seem to be getting a little more confident with it.

I think Del Po knows he is the underdog, and I doubt he'll play passively.

Yea, that's true, I hope he isn't passive.

C'mooon. Understandably, Del Po is tight as a [insert euphemism]. Not played such an important match since 2013. C'mon ya ****, do it!

The last set was insane. Basically Nadal 2008 vs Delpo 2009. Nadal never gave up but in the end it wasn't enough.

So let's see, Nadal and Delpo are completely wasted, should be easy for Nishikori and Andy to win it, right?

Great final and Andy was nice enough to finish it in time for Bolt's semifinal race :)

First tennis player to win two gold medals in singles.

And both Nadal and Delpo lost their matches so I stand corrected. 8)
