Yeah she seems nice but almost every match I'm cheering against her.

It kinda annoying to see her win by the other person jsut missing or when they try to attack and she passes with that awesome backhand.
This mutant comparison is starting to make sense.

Although murray has been changing his game slightly over time gettin more aggressive.

People dislike her over at TennisForum too, but calling her "anti-tennis" just shows how much certain people know about tennis.

I think anti tennis goes a bit far. But she certainly not the aggressor in every match I've seen and for a no.1 player you think should be able to beat more players than just defend until they die.

Her defense tho, wow it soo good. She the inter of tennis yeah she may do flashy stuff but the mentality annoys me.

I don't like her style of play at all. When she starts hitting ballon balls, I know it's time to stop watching. But I get even more annoyed with opponents that can't take advantage of the ballon balls...

I dunno about 'anti-tennis'...I mean, one of the great things about tennis is that it allows for a lot of different ways to play it. She's certainly playing tennis...wtf else is she playing?

Having said that I totally agree that her style is ugly as hell and her FH sucks and she's overall just a weak-as-s**t World #1. It kinda speaks volumes about the rest of the field that they can't overcome the weak challenge she presents....

she defends really very well and look at how she is able to direct the balls. she is great at hitting back deep directed shots on the run. so you can't say she's just a pusher.

and her backhand has power, forehand sucks :lol:

10 winners in 3 sets against a good mover but not a great one is very poor but as long as she is still winning matches she isn't going to change unless she cannot accept that even if she is playing her best she still rarely has matches played on her terms.

Seems a nice enough girl though, don't like the Dad though.

I like her style of play. Just because you play a defensive kind of game doesn't mean the match is not played on your terms. Li Na had almost as many errors as winners. The turning point was that the heat finally got to Wozniacki. The heat was near un-bearable and her defensive style which means more rallies actually ended up working against her the longer the match went which prevented her from running down all those balls. I wish I could play power tennis and just hit a clean winner almost anytime I wanted but I just can't. I think she and Murray are maybe the same way. Some people just see a different ball.

Were you and I watching the same match? Because Li Na win because she started putting more spin on her shots and therefore her shots started going in. Yea woz got tired but Li Na won because she started to make her shots. First set she sprayed balls all over the court and in te second and third she made them
