Well I know there are not many WTA followers again. Hardly surprising when you look at the lineup for their Year End championships!

Wozniaki gets handed the easy group as expected, just hoping a fit Clijsters shows up because no doubt she is way better than this lot on a hardcourt and will serving up bagels and breadsticks if she is 80% OK.

Do the ITST tour finals work just like the ATP and WTA? It's a tad confusing because it says "sign up" on the main page. Do we still have to sign up or is like the top 8 or whatever it is?

The tournament is for the Top 8 who register (and two alternates). The draw is set at 32 because there is no way of knowing exactly who will register - or when they will register.

When the draw is created, all but 10 players (Top 8, plus 2 alternates) will be automatically deleted.

This is the same for the men's and women's year-end event.

In short, if you want to play, yes, you must sign-up.

Even though Dementieva has some problems with Wozniacki I feel she's in the simpler group for herself. If she gets her game together she should get through her group with ease.

While I believe dementieva is a competitor I just don't understand why she has so many problems with wozniacki... with that being said kim should win she shouldn't have any problem with none of them.

Because Dementieva beats herself more often than not.

Which is why most people don't think Dementieva is as good as most of the players here.

WOZ is the best

Postby danishchamp » Tue, 26 Oct 2010 16:31

WOZ is nr 1 and sorry to say....is almost embarrassing to listen to you.

the customary every time when Woz wins, then it is luck - the other player was injured and so that's sport - someone gets hurt, someone gets too old and new ones come.
