Young Gunzzz of 2015

We have a couple new faces in ATP, a few really young and talented players....so it is time to make your predictions for 2015.

Who will be the highest ranked teenager in 2015?

Nick Kyrgios (53)

Borna Coric (93)

Alexander Zverev (137)

Stefan Kozlov (444)

Francis Tiafoe(1130)

To me, this is battle between Coric or Kyrgious, with "maybe" Zverev upsetting the order. Kozlov and Tiafoe are 16 y/o and may have a good run at the Pro event next year, but they are still way too young and underdeveloped to rank high. Coric, even though he is 17 seems, to have the most put together game and "head". No real weaknesses in his game, just needs to improve overall and he will as he grows. Kyrgious is a bit all over the place, it is obvious his head is not in the right place and that potentially can take years to fix if at all (see Gulbis). Zverev is another great prospect, but he grew a bit too fast and now is a proud owner of a 6'6 frame - that looks a bit awkward on the court. He will need some time to grow into his new body, but potentially has tremendous upside, better then others listed here.

My bet on Kyrgios, even if it's true he will probably have to "fix his head".

But he already has a few big wins on the tour, especially vs Nadal at Wimbledon, but not only because he reached QF this year in London. Then I think these wins have - maybe - given him confidence enough to make a real "jump" next season and enter Top 20. It'll be very interesting to see him at very beginning of 2015 season, when he'll play tournaments in his own country - Syndey or Adelaide, then AO, because he's very show off player, using a lot public energy, so now he's popular, we'll see how he'll use efficiently - or not - big fans support he'll certainly receive in Australia :).

Nishikori will be n°1 in 2015. GPOAT has spoken.

Definitely a battle between Kyrgios and Coric. Kyrgios is more dangereous and has more weapons on his arsenal. Coric has a good solid game and the right mindset.
Kokkinakis has good skills for the modern game but needs more experience on court since he hasn't got a particular weapon.
Kozlov and the other guy are just too young. I see some fragility in Kozlov. Don't expect much from him.

Thanasi Kokkinakis

I added him as he won Gulbis in first round. So he deserves to be in discussion here.

I didn't even notice he wasn't there.
BTW, I don't expect much from Zverev either. He doesn't look to have the right mindset.

Ew KyriWHO!?

Just win Zverev. You may look like a baby but you sure don't play like one.
