Nadal over Fed

Thought I would be able to watch the match, but ESPN decided to show college basketball last minute. :?

Anybody see it, was it as 1 sided as the scoreline? The atp site recap was as useless as usual.

Yeah. Fed couldn't defend for shit. As soon as he hit short he lost the point. :?

Not sure if you have access, but you can watch all of these matches online (ESPN 3)

nadal was ruthless yesterday , amazing power from both wings , but federer looked physically and mentally drained , his movement was really not close to the normal level

Federer's "normal" is leaking profusely - and will continue to do so until he retires.

Feds back was giving him problems in his previous match and it continued in this match. No serve, no backhand, no movement...no chance.

Also commentators said that federer had a practice session at 4pm which federer didn't attend.. Although federer didn't admit that his back was the cause of his bad performance.. But in real He wasn't even moving.. Just walking on the court during rallies

Actually his serve wasn't too bad. 65% 1st and 4 aces is ok but he got wrongfooted so often and almost never attempted to get to the ball. Poor approach shots as well and even some weird volley errors. But then Nadal's backhand was spot on.

I don' think Nadal can take off a set off of Nole though, should both of them reach the final.

Wow, this makes the ATP charging $20 a month (!?!) even more ridiculous. Thank you, had no idea this was a thing outside of grand slams.
