The final was better than I was expecting - Tsonga dug deep to win the 2nd set (saving a match point) - just couldn't quite keep up the level - good match - Fed takes another record, winning the title for the 6th time....some tennis player : )

This is good to see..my interest in pro tennis has waned with some of Roger's recent (as in, the past 2 years or so) failures...

Except he just got annihilated in abu dhabi 6-2 6-1 in 44 minutes by Djokovic, great way to start the new season.

EDIT: I expect Djokovic to keep his form in the new season and continue from where he left off last season, I'm thinking calendar slam this coming year.

Last season ended with the World Tour Finals and a loss against Tipsarevic - surely you meant his form from the first half year. :D I also expect him to play again at this level, but calendar slam, I don't think so. He could win four slams in a row, though: Wimbledon 2011, US Open 2011, Australian Open 2012 and French Open 2012.

TBH I don't see him winning another grand slam as long as Nole and Rafa are around and fit. And players like Tsonga and Murray aren't exactly getting weaker either.

(I wish he would use it in real matches actually.....I've seen him do it a couple of times...)
