I believe fed will produce the same result as last year. He will beat rafa which will only boost his confidence at RG.

Plus with nadal taking back the number 2 spot, fed will not have to worry about a nadal semi

Rafa's going to be distracted in this one, that's for sure. With the La Liga title being decided today, at the same time as the Masters final, Nadal's trademark concentration might be disturbed. I'm sure the crowd will update him with cheers and ultimately deathly silence as they all resign themselves to Real's failure to win the championship. Still been a great season from both Spanish powerhouses, though.

So, a demoralised and distracted Nadal to lose this one, and Roger can thank whomever stupidly scheduled the tennis to clash with the football.

haha, actually he asked Tiriac to play earlier.... i have the same problem the final starts at 18:30 and the football matches at 19:00, i don´t know what to do. The Liga is more important though....i´ll see what i do

This is what I would do.

Put one event on TV, and stream the other on Laptop. Sit on the couch in front of the TV, one hand Laptop, one hand Beer

Ofcourse wife would have to feed me like an infant.
Level 13 Edberg and counting...

Cro you were right man, Fed was at 69% first serve for the match
