Lags

hey guys..i just need to ask a question...i have a 40 mbps fibernet connection and i dont use wifi for playing but when i start a match with most of my opps its lags very much for the first 2 to 4 games and it becomes normal and playable after that or i need to pause the game for like 5 to 15 mins in the start to make it playable...after that it doses't even lag. my ping to the central server is 130 ms to 160 ms...i think the ping is jumping very much for the first few games and then it becomes stable and playable...i play other games too and i have no problems...whats causing this in this game or have i done anything wrong?
