Why i can't signup to futures tournaments?

I tried to signup for some futures but it was impossible, it tell me that i need to be ranked inside the top 40...

I read for each futures there is the written 50+ or 40+, but i can't get this point... futures should need to lower ranked players to make some points not to the first 50 players in the game...i can't really understand this.

40+, 45+, 50+, 60+, 70+, etc. mean players ranked 40 and below, not 1-40. It was probably a mistake. Hope that helped .






P.S. I signed up for a 45+ just to experiment, and it let me in, and im ranked 37, can you take me out.
