It's really up to you. I would say that dynamic/mild dynamic 3d gives you a more accurate view of the ball, so it's easier to perfectly position your character when hitting. The camera movement also starts a subconscious quick awareness of the ball direction, so it's good to build up a good responsiveness. The only pro of 2d is the immersion, that can give you more focus. Also, a fixed view - this may be achieved with fix 3d camera too - lets you have a general view of the court, so it's better for positioning your character before your opponent hits the ball. Almost all top 10 use 3d, but a big exception is pidzi, who's without any doubt the one who can show the highest level when in form.
End of the story: use 3d (mild) dynamic until you reach a very high level, like top 15. Then you will have built a good knowledge about the game mechanincs and tactics, so you will be able to make your choice wisely. 3d, though, is never a bad choice.
