It is easy to do so:
1. Play an official tour match (we still listen to what is happening in exhibition matches, though!).
2. Your opponent broke the Match Rules? Contact the host of the tournament about it (alternatively contact djarvik or VMoe86)!
Example: "My opponent was dropshotting and then rushing the net very often during the match. On every breakpoint he did this!"
3. The host or one of djarvik/VMoe86 will file the complaint about the opponent. There is an internal database only visible to hosts and management where we see these complaints.
4. Multiple complaints from different users or good proof (see below what kind of proofs you can provide) about a specific player result in a warning, suspension or ban from ITST forever. It can also be that we force a player to replay the match, for example.
Providing proof:
- .dmo file -> Start TE, go to "Training Club" and then to "Recordings". Turn it "On", the .dmo file can be found in Profiles/Demos.
- Screenshots -> Just press F12, the screenshots are then in the TE main folder.
- Chat log -> found under a specific date in Profiles/ITST/ChatLog.
